County attorneys are frequently called upon to address constitutional issues, including issues involving freedom of speech and religion, right to privacy, search and seizure, and procedural and substantive due process, to name a few. Litigation attorneys appear at all levels in the state and federal Court system. Advisory attorneys actively assist in reviewing, interpreting, and drafting state legislation, and testifying before various political tribunals. Our attorneys also are active in local, regional and statewide organizations, and are often called upon to lecture on current legal issues and teach trial advocacy.
