The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) reports that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has confirmed three new cases of human infection with H1N1 Influenza in San Diego County residents, bringing the total number of cases to 32.
The three new cases are:
- An 8-year-old male
- A 25-year-old female
- An 18-year-old male
“We continue to stress the things the public can do to protect themselves: if you are sick, do not go to work, school or travel. Cover your mouth when coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose, and wash your hands frequently,” said Wilma Wooten, M.D., M. P.H., County Public Health Officer.
