It's graduation season, and that included a ceremony Thursday for dozens of local teenagers who made it through the County's Drug Court.
The nine-month program intensively supervises juvenile offenders who are non-violent, but have repeated failures with other drug treatment programs. The offenders appear before a judge weekly and are tested for drugs regularly.
