Children and adults will see and learn about hundreds of different insects, honeybees, spiders and reptiles at the annual Insect and Garden Festival held at Quail Botanical Gardens. The event is Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Participants will be able to hold insects, and for the brave, even taste them. Families can also enjoy crafts, bug-collecting, gardening information and live animal demonstrations. “Regular food” will be for sale as well.
