Get an inside look at how the election process works by becoming a poll worker on Election Day.
Workers are still needed in the neighborhoods below for the Gubernatorial Primary Election on June 8, especially those who are bilingual in Spanish, Filipino and Vietnamese. They will serve on standby to fill in for those poll workers who drop out at the last minute. Standby poll workers will receive their assignments a few days before the election.

Poll workers receive a stipend ranging from $75 to $175, depending on the assignment, and those who are bilingual may receive an additional $15 if they are assigned to provide language assistance to voters.
Poll workers must have transportation to their assigned polling location. They also need access to the internet to complete an online training. In addition, poll workers need to attend a two hour class and one hour workshop.
