County of San Diego offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 21, in observance of the Presidents Day holiday. Essential services will remain in operation.
All County parks will be open, but the Lakeside, Spring Valley and Fallbrook community centers will be closed. The Department of Parks and Recreation reservation phone line will be closed, but customers will still be able to make online reservations.
County libraries and library administrative offices also will be closed.
County offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
