The Office of Emergency Services (OES) has received the Catalyst Award from the WebEOC User Advisory Council.
The award, given to agencies that demonstrate outstanding regional use and integration of WebEOC software, was presented at the WebEOC Users Conference in Boston in April..
WebEOC is a software program that OES uses to link local, state, federal, volunteer and private sources to help facilitate coordination and decision-making during an emergency. WebEOC was heavily used with great success during the October 2007 firestorm.
