The Grant Inventory Report is prepared and updated bi-annually in December and June of each fiscal year by the Controller Branch Office. This report is intended to compile current data on grants and/or subventions from federal sources, in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133 and from other state and local sources. The report reflects total grant expenditures and grant funds received each fiscal year. Grants that cross multiple fiscal years are also reflected. The Grant Inventory Report is segregated by group as follows:

  1. Community Services Group
  2. Financial/ General Government Group
  3. Health & Human Service Group
  4. Land Use & Environmental Group
  5. Public Safety Group

The individual grants within the groups are listed alphabetically and chronologically for easy reference. The Schedule of Federal Assistance and Office of Criminal Justice Planning (OCJP) Grant expenditure reports are developed from the input received for the Grant Inventory Report and utilized by the External Auditors in their preparation of the Annual Single Audit Report.
