Fund Balance Projections are periodically made by departments to ensure that actual expenditures and revenues during the fiscal year remain on target with respect to the budget. The results of the quarterly projections are reported to the Board of Supervisors and discussed in the Group Quarterly Reviews with the Chief Administrative Officer.
