Recently the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) published an important update to the federal order for Phytopthora ramorum, also known as Sudden Oak Death (SOD).  This update requires pre-notification be given to the destination state of SOD host plant shipments.  The documents provided below will help you with notification that is critical to your businesses.
