California nursery stock certificate - We have applications for licenses to sell nursery products. Call 760-752-4700.  After inspection of nursery and it is found commercially clean, you may request a California nursery stock certificate.  You must maintain a commercially clean nursery to pass routine nursery inspections.

Producer-Shipper/Broker

You would like to ship products to other states and other countries.

What Do You Need?

Certificate of quarantine compliance, Or
State Phytosanitary certificate, Or
Federal Phytosanitary certificate, Or
California Nursery Stock Certificate

Our inspectors are qualified to inspect and certify plant shipments to other states and other countries.

For scheduling purposes, we request a 48-hour advance notice for certification inspection.  There is an inspection fee for these services.

 

Receivers of Plant Shipments that Require Inspection

Persons or Companies that receive nursery products without a California Nursery Stock Certificate.

What You Need To Know?

You must call our office at 760-752-4713 for inspection and release.

You need to have an isolated holding area away from production area to prevent possible pest infestation.  Some shipments may need to be held for several days pending lab analysis of samples taken during inspection.
