The San Diego County Employees' Charitable Organization (CECO) makes it easy for the employees and retirees of the County of San Diego and Superior Court to be participation in the great American tradition of charitable giving.

Pledge via a Payroll Deduction...

  • County of San Diego and Superior Court employees can sign pledge a biweekly donation to CECO via Employee Self-Service. For as little as $2.00 a pay period (that’s less than a good cup of coffee), your donation will be automatically deducted from your paycheck. That’s a tax-deductible gift you can track on your paycheck advice/warrant – without ever having to remember to write a check. If you have questions about Employee Self-Service, please contact your Department HR/Payroll Office.

  • County of San Diego and Superior Court retirees who wish to contribute to CECO must complete the "Request for County Employees Charitable Organization (CECO)" form, which is available from the SDCERA website, Forms page. This form authorizes SDCERA to deduct from your monthly retirement allowance.

Note: If you were contributing to CECO prior to retirement and want to continue contributing as a retiree, you must fill out the "Request for County Employees Charitable Organization (CECO)" form.
