County Employees' Charitable Organization

The County Employees Charitable Organization (CECO) is an employee-managed organization that gives 100 percent of the money it collects to local non-profit agencies and County employees in crisis. CECO has no paid staff. All members volunteer their own time or get release time during working hours. Since its founding in 1956, County employees have distributed millions of dollars in the San Diego County community through this grassroots program.
