On September 24, 2012, construction began on the County Administration Center (CAC) Waterfront Park project.
Parking is no longer available in the south parking lot.
Parking is available to the public in the north parking lot of the CAC. Temporary parking permits are no longer being issued to customers at the CAC.
When you are attending Civil Service Commission meetings and/or hearings, you may park in the public parking area in the north parking lot. In the event public parking is full, you may park in metered spaces around the CAC and areas between North Harbor Drive and the San Diego Bay, and along Pacific Highway. The closest paid parking lot to the CAC is on the corner of West Broadway, between Pacific Highway and North Harbor Drive.
Please allow more time to arrive at meetings/hearings while construction is under way. This phase of the project is anticipated to take a year.
If you are attending a Commission meeting/hearing during the construction and are having difficulty finding a parking space, please contact the Commission Office at (619) 531-5751 to let us know of your status.
