(Supv. Dist: 5)
This is a request to vacate a portion of a flowage easement encumbering a residential property on Gird Road in Fallbrook. County Staff has determined that the area affected by this proposed easement vacation is not required by the County for flood control purposes. This action will allow the owner to clear the title to this portion of their property.
There is no fiscal impact associated with this request.
A single-family residence will be constructed on the subject property, if this action is approved, providing an opportunity for new construction activity.
