STATEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS

Meeting was called to order at 9:07 a.m.

1. Approval of the Final Maps and Secured Agreements for Public and Private Improvements for County of San Diego Tract Nos. 4828-4, 4828-5 and 4828-6, located in the Spring Valley Planning Area

San 1. SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Maps and Secured Agreements for Public and Private Improvements for County of San Diego Tract Nos. 4828-4, 4828-5 and 4828- 6, located in the Spring Valley

TM 4828-4, TM 4828-5 and TM 4828-6 are three units of the same planned development. TM 4828-4 is a subdivision consisting of 14 residential lots, 1 private street lot, 2 open space lots, and a total acreage of 17.52 acres. TM 4828-5 is a subdivision consisting of 27 single-family residential lots, 3 private street lots, 2 open space lots, and a total acreage of 17.49 acres. TM 4828-6 is a subdivision consisting of 38 single-family residential lots, 4 street lots, 2 open space lots, and a total acreage of 10.51 acres.
They all are located in the Spring Valley area on the north side of Pointe Parkway, approximately 0.25 mile west of Jamacha Boulevard. (Thomas Guide, Page 1291, E-1, 1999 Edition).
Approve the three separate Agreements to Improve Major Subdivision for TM 4828-4, TM 4828-5 and TM 4828-6, which include the street improvements, sewer facilities, water facilities, setting of final monuments, and authorize execution of each agreement by the Clerk of the Board of Directors.

ON MOTION of Director Jacob, seconded by Director Slater, the Board of Directors of the Spring Valley Sanitation District took action as recommended, on Consent.
AYES: Cox, Jacob, Slater, Roberts, Horn
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 9:27 a.m.
