1. SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF FINAL 1999-00 FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT BUDGET

OVERVIEW:
This request is pursuant to California Government Code Section 29088, which prescribes the procedure, form, and dates for adoption of the final budget under the control of the Board of Supervisors.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The recommended action merely provides spending authority for the District for Fiscal Year 1999-00.
RECOMMENDATION:
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER:Approve a resolution adopting the final budget and funding for Fiscal Year 1999-00 for the County Flood Control District.
ACTION:
ON MOTION of Director Jacob, seconded by Director Roberts, the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Flood Control District took action as recommended, on Consent, adopting Resolution No. 99-236, ADOPTION OF FINAL BUDGET FOR SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENDING JULY 1, 1999.AYES: Cox, Jacob, Slater, Roberts, Horn
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 4:16 p.m.
