OVERVIEW:
|
|
|
This is a request to vacate a flowage easement
encumbering residential property on Knottwood Way in Fallbrook.
County staff has determined the area affected by this
proposed easement vacation is not required
by the County for flowage purposes.
This action will allow the owner to obtain clear title to
this portion of his property.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this
request.

BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT:
|
|
|
Approval of the proposed
action will allow for development of a subdivision, resulting in
an opportunity for new construction activity.

RECOMMENDATION:

|
1.
Find, in accordance with Section 15061 (b) (3) of the State
of California Environmental Quality Act
Guidelines, that it can be seen with certainty that there is no
possibility that the following action will have a significant
effect on the environment.
2.
Adopt the Resolution Vacating and Abandoning Flowage
Easement encumbering multiple parcels on Map No. 10000.
3.
Direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Resolution
Vacating and Abandoning Flowage Easement.
ACTION:
ON
MOTION of Director Slater, seconded by Director Roberts, the Board
of Directors took
action as recommended , on Consent, adopting RESOLUTION 01-87,
entitled: RESOLUTION VACATING AND ABANDONING FLOWAGE EASEMENT.
