SUBJECT:

ADOPTION OF FINAL 2001-02 COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET (DISTRICTS:  ALL)
 

  OVERVIEW:
 

This request is pursuant to California Government Code Section 29088, which prescribes the procedure, form, and dates for adoption of the final budgets under the control of the Board of Supervisors.
 

  FISCAL IMPACT:
 

The recommended action merely provides spending authority for the District for Fiscal Year 2001-02.
 

  RECOMMENDATION:
 

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

1.      Approve a resolution adopting the final budget and funding for Fiscal Year 2001-02 for the County Redevelopment Agency.

  ACTION:

ON MOTION of Member Jacob, seconded by Member Roberts, the Members of the Redevelopment Agency took action as recommended, on Consent, adopting Resolution No. 01-213, entitled:  ADOPTION OF FINAL BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCIES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2001

AYES:  Cox, Jacob, Slater, Roberts, Horn

There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 3:32 p.m.
