ADOPTION OF FINAL 2001-02 SANITATION DISTRICT BUDGETS

SUBJECT:

ADOPTION OF FINAL 2001-02 SANITATION DISTRICT BUDGETS (DISTRICTS:  ALL)
 

  OVERVIEW:
 

This request is pursuant to California Government Code Section 29088, which prescribes the procedure, form, and dates for adoption of the final budget under the control of the Board of Supervisors.

  FISCAL IMPACT:
 

The recommended action merely provides spending authority for the Districts for Fiscal Year 2001-02.
 

  RECOMMENDATION:
 

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

1.      Approve a resolution adopting the final budget and funding for Fiscal Year 2001-02 for the following Sanitation Districts under your control: Alpine, Julian, Lakeside, Pine Valley, and Spring Valley Sanitation Districts.
 

  ACTION:
  ON MOTION of  Director Jacob, seconded by Director Roberts, the Board of Directors took action as recommended, on Consent, adopting the following Resolutions, entitled:

ADOPTION OF FINAL BUDGET FOR JULIAN SANITATION DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2001
