
Caroline is Supervisor Jacob's
community representative. You can find her speaking to businesses and
community groups or attending special recognition events on behalf of
the Supervisor. When she's not in the field, Caroline provides constituent
and policy advisor support services to Supervisor Jacob. A long-time
East County resident, Caroline is member of Mt. Helix Cross Foundation,
San Diego Parks Society, San Diego Riverpark Society, Grossmont Mt.
Helix Improvement Association and Foothills Christian Fellowship. She
served 12 years on the San Miguel Fire Board and several years on the
Heartland Communications and Heartland Training Facility Board. Recently,
she received recognition for her work as a board member for the Mother
Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Hispanic Advisory Council. Caroline holds
a B.S. from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has more than 20 years experience
in advertising and marketing. She volunteers as an East County youth
mentor and enjoys gardening, theater, music and taking her two golden
retrievers to the beach.
