Maintaining law and order in a community of three million is no small feat. Supervisor Jacob gets help from her right-hand-man on public safety, Robert Spanbauer. Robert brings State-level experience to County government. In addition to public safety, he handles codes enforcement, public works, transportation issues, and emergency services and planning. Robert prides himself on quick, reliable and courteous responses to resident concerns that come through Supervisor Jacob's office. Robert is a political science graduate of San Diego State University. Outside of public service, Robert is a take-no-prisoners personal fitness trainer. His other passions include music, writing, hiking and traveling.
