Having joined our staff in September of 2008, Thomas Ledford is the Policy Advisor responsible for the land use, local air quality, housing, and airport issue areas. He is also the community liaison to many communities in San Diego’s southeastern corridor.

Thomas received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, earning a B.S. from the school of Policy Planning and Development, and is now working toward achieving his master’s degree in public administration from San Diego State University.

Thomas began his career in the office of Los Angeles City Councilmember Bernard Parks. He then worked in the office of the Coronado City Manager. He has also served as Assistant Project Coordinator for Ledford Enterprises Inc. working client issues and political imaging.

As a native San Diegan, Thomas is glad to have returned to begin his career in the San Diego region. He now resides in Ocean Beach.
