NOC/ADRC EVALUATION ACTIVITY
Staff and consultants have developed a revised survey to continue evaluation
of the Network of Care (NOC) website as the basis for information and
communication for both the Physician and HSD+ Strategies. Staff is also
coordinating closely with InfoLine/2-1-1 planning. Continued evaluation
and improvement of the website will include support for a new Fall Prevention
initiative (see Physician Strategy page
for more information)
