Foreground mass of stony outcroppings with foreshortened, chopped aerial perspective; frothy water meeting spit, and flowering to midground of calmer waters and sandy beach; strong dual horizontals, the distant cliff backed by delicate frosting of green vegetation; background, the turquoise sea beyond. Light source from behind artist's perspective, gathering to late afternoon on horizon line, top one/eighth.
