The Board of Supervisors conference rooms located on the third floor of the County Administration Center are available for use by County departments, Board of Supervisors-sponsored groups, and Chief Administrative Office-sponsored groups.
The purpose of extending the use of the rooms to county departments, governmental agencies and major Task Force groups is to provide a meeting place for conducting official business and/or ceremonial affairs or affairs of recognition.
The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is responsible for room reservations for rooms 301, 302, 303, 310, 358, 402a and the tower conference rooms. Arrangements for reserving rooms are made through the Clerk of the Board's Intranet site (cww).
