Diane Strum has recognized the important role that access to care plays in helping children and families throughout San Diego. Diane's commitment has been relentless, creative, and devoted to projects that have a strong health or humanitarian basis. She has provided countless hours of volunteer time and guidance to critical programs in the community.
Some of the programs that have benefited from her wealth of knowledge are: San Diego Kids Health Assurance Network (SD-KHAN), School Health Innovative Programs (SHIP), Reach Out Project, Youth 2 Youth Hotline, Community Health Worker Resource Center, and Connecting Children to Care. Aside from this, she either volunteers or gets volunteered for practically every project in Community Health Improvement Partners.
Diane Strum is a true asset to the San Diego healthcare community. She has the warmth of spirit and unwavering dedication, coupled with selfless determination, that makes good things happen. Her extraordinary level of generosity and compassion are only matched by her level of professionalism, which is a model for all. She is at every meeting, quietly touching the lives of many. Accolades to Diane from her colleagues, friends, and the countless many who will never know of her efforts on their behalf.
