The Community Services Group (CSG) is a division of the Chief Administrative Office. CSG departments include: Animal Services, General Services, Housing & Community Development, County Library, Purchasing & Contracting, and the Registrar of Voters. Our mission is to provide friendly, cost-effective, quality services to the residents of San Diego County and County departments through internally streamlined, customer-focused operations, and well-managed, competitive external providers.
