URGENT NOTICE: FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY TARGETING CHILD SUPPORT CUSTOMERS

Attention Child Support Services Customers! Some customers have reported receiving an automated phone call from the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) with the Caller ID showing the DCSS phone number of 866-901-3212. The message asks customers to enter their Social Security number and then remain on the line to speak to an agent. DCSS will never ask you to enter your Social Security number on an automated call. If you receive a similar call requesting your personal information, simply hang up and contact your local child support office at 866-901-3212.

Get Back on the Road for Child Support Awareness Month

August is Child Support Awareness Month. If your driver's license is suspended because of child support debt, you may be able to buy it back and “Get Back on the Road Again.” Contact your local child support office to speak to a representative and ask if you are eligible. Click here for more information.

Note: Local child support agencies cannot release licenses suspended for obligations owed to other agencies. Additional fees may be assessed by the licensing agency.
