In an effort to assist small metal plating facilities, printed circuit board manufacturers and metal finishers improve compliance with their hazardous materials and hazardous waste regulatory requirements, the HMD, in partnership with the Industrial Environmental Association and Sheffield Platers, coordinated several Plating Shop Workshops. The HMD has also developed a Plating Shop Manual for metal finishers, metal plating shops and printed circuit board manufacturers.
