General Program Information
Mobile Home Parks and Recreational Vehicle Parks are regulated through the California Administrative Code, Title 25, referenced as the Mobile Home Parks Act and the Special Occupancy Parks Act. Land Use Program staff inspects mobile home parks, recreational vehicle parks, and campgrounds in the unincorporated areas of the County. The Land Use Program also responds to substandard housing complaints associated with rental housing, and public health nuisance situations in rural communities.
