Feeling Fit Club

This one-hour exercise show focuses on balance, strength and flexibility exercises that seniors can do in their homes. The show is based on the Feeling Fit Club exercise programs established by the County?s Aging & Independence Services Agency (AIS). They take place at local senior centers and other locations.
