EMAIL A COMPLAINT

If your complaint has to do with Noise Control or Grading/Stormwater in any of the unincorporated areas of the county, please click here and include the following information in your e-mail:

Type of complaint (Noise or Grading/Stormwater).

If the complaint is regarding noise, please include the type of noise (dogs, roosters, bands, cars, off road vehicles, etc), how long the noise has been a problem, and a pattern of the occurrences.

Your name, address, and telephone number. All information is kept confidential, however, we cannot accept anonymous complaints.

The address or a detailed description of the location of the problem property. If the property is located on a corner, please indicate which directional corner (North, South, East, West, etc).

A description of the situation.


If you would like to file a complaint for the unincorporated areas of the county, please click on the appropriate link below for EAST or NORTH County and include the following information in your e-mail:

Type of complaint (Abandoned Vehicles, Building, Brushing and Clearing, Graffiti, Trailer Coaches, Waste or Zoning).

If your complaint has to do with Removal of Fire Hazards, you have to contact the local fire districts or the CA Department of Forestry (CDF).

The County Code Enforcement office does not investigate complaints regarding combustible vegetation (weed), dead, dying or diseased trees, green waste, rubbish, and other materials. The County only abates orders issued by the local fire districts and CDF.
