The Interest Group Committee is comprised of representatives from 19 stakeholder groups. This committee guides and assists in the preparation of General Plan 2020 by making policy recommendations to staff, the Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors.
Next Meeting:
An Interest Group meeting has been scheduled on October 27, 2008. The focus of the meeting will be to review the Draft Public Road Standards with the Department of Public Works, and also to discuss the proposed Conservation Subdivision program. Additionally, project announcements will be made on the timeline for distribution and review of the Draft General Plan Document. Lastly, other items may be added to the agenda upon specific request by Interest Group members.
