Fee Ordinance and Schedule
These forms are to be used when submitting applications for discretionary permits to the Department of Planning and Land Use. The forms are updated periodically and the latest revision is available via this website. The revision date can be found next to the form number on each form.
All of the forms are available for download and/or printing, after which you can fill them in by hand.
Also, many of the forms can be filled out on your computer. These forms are indicated with an Asterisk (*) next to their link. Please note: you will NOT be able to download these forms or save a copy of them on your computer. Print the copies you will need after using the Interactive Form Fields.
