Transportation Impact Fee Update 2012 (TIFU 2012)
On October 31, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved the second reading and adopted the TIF Ordinance. The TIF Update Ordinance and the new fees will go into effect in 60 days (January 2013).

Dependent upon Board action the earliest the updated fees would go into effect is January 1, 2013
