Recycling: It’s the Law!
Residential Recyclable Materials
Residences (Single family and multifamily unit complexes with four or more units) must recycle aluminum, glass bottles and jars, mixed paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, jugs and jars, tin and bi-metal cans, white goods (appliances) and green waste.
Commercial Recyclable Materials
Office Buildings (Commercial, governmental or educational greater than 20,000 ft2) must recycle office paper, corrugated cardboard, newspaper and aluminum.
Hospitality Facilities (An establishment that offers dining services or sells food or beverages to consume on or off the premises) must recycle aluminum, cardboard, glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles, tin and bi-metal cans, mixed paper and white goods.
