September 24, 2012 substantial changes in parking and access at the County Administration Center will occur with the start of construction of the CAC Waterfront Park. Please see below for more details, including parking and access maps.

◊ Parking - EFFECTIVE September 24, 2012
The CAC is available for public use. A Special Event Permit Application is required to request use of the grounds for non-County related events.
The CAC Cafeteria is open to the public, weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The cafeteria is located on the fourth floor of the San Diego County Administration Center at 1600 Pacific Highway.
CAC Waterfront Park
The CAC is currently undergoing some renovations to bring the community the CAC Waterfront Park. This project will convert the large 8-acre on-grade parking lots north and south of the historic Administration Center to a large community and regional open space amenity.
