Comments: The County is seeking proposals of interest that are in compliance with the City of San Diego land use restrictions and are beneficial to the County of San Diego. Each proposal will need to state how the proposal complies with the City of San Diego zoning and land use restrictions, and identify the type of permit approval required for the proposal concept of operation. Any interested applicants will need to complete both a Background and Proposal Statement (see links below), each of which will be signed by the applicant and mailed to the County of San Diego, Real Estate Services Division.
