Comments: The County of San Diego is accepting lease proposals for a 2.27 acre vacant parcel of land that is located at 115 12th Street, Ramona. All applicants will be required to obtain land use permit approval prior to the execution of a lease agreement. The zoning designation is C-37 and the parcel has two Special Area designations which are “B” and “F”. The “B” designation requires that the project be approved by the Ramona Design Review Group. Applicants will need to prepare two sets of plans that show the proposed use and provide the detail as required on DPLU form #090. Two sets of plans will need to be submitted to the Department of Planning and Land Use, Building Division which is located at 5201 Ruffin Road, Suite B, San Diego, CA 92123. Upon arrival you will need to obtain a ticket from the reception desk. Your plans will be reviewed and stamped by a County Planner and you will either be issued a waiver or be directed to present your project to the Ramona Design Review Group. The County “F” designation means the property is located within a Flood Zone. The Department of Public Works Flood Zone Coordinator is located next to the Zoning Counter and you will need to obtain a ticket from the reception desk.

Any interested party will need to complete and submit to the Department of General Services Real Estate Division, both a (1) Background Statement Form and (2) Proposer Statement Form. Both Statements will need to be signed and delivered to:
