BUILDING AND PARKING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT RFP

SAN DIEGO REGIONAL BUILDING AUTHORITY IS SOLICITING REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE JAMES R. MILLS BUILING AND PARKING FACILITY

THE SAN DIEGO REGIONAL BUILDING AUTHORITY is soliciting proposals for qualified property management firms to manage the James R. Mills Building site. The James R. Mills Building site is located at 1255 Imperial, San Diego, CA 92101 and consists of an approximately 180,000 square foot, 10 story office tower situated over an MTS trolley station and a 1,000 space parking facility. The selected property management firm will be responsible for day to day operational management, lease administration, budgeting, life safety and security of the office, retail and parking revenue leased space and site’s facilities in accordance with all governmental laws, procedures and requirements.

Responses to the RFP are due by 5:00 p.m. on September 19th, 2008.
