The Real Estate Services Division is responsible for the acquisition, leasing, management, valuation (appraisal), office surveying/mapping, and sale of County property. The Division provides property management services on County-owned properties and acts as lease administrator on properties leased from others. The Division maintains records on County land ownership and provides mapping and deed information to a variety of County departments and agencies.
