The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency, Public Health Services invites you to join the celebration to honor the 2009 Public Health Champions Awards in honor of National Public Health Week "Building the Foundation for a Healthy San Diego." These awards recognize the extraordinary achievements, by an individual or organization, in areas of public health services that protect and promote the health of San Diego County residents. The award ceremony will be followed by a reception with light refreshments provided.
