This HIV counseling and testing program is specific to individuals participating in programs through Alcohol and Drug Services, and is separate and distinct from the Agency's other HIV/AIDS programs.
The program provides on site, confidential HIV counseling, testing, early intervention and other communicable disease information and services to clients enrolled in county-funded alcohol and other drug treatment and recovery programs. All services are confidential.
