Polinsky Children's Center Quality Management
The Polinsky Children's Center (PCC) provides emergency shelter to children removed from their homes when there is suspicion of abuse and/or neglect and extraordinary circumstances such as a single parent becoming desperately ill. All medical services are contracted through a private provider. QA staff jointly develops the quality management plan with the PCC medical clinic staff and administration. Regular scheduled monthly meetings bring the PCC administration, contracted medical clinic staff and QA staff together to ensure adherence to the quality management plan.
