The Human Resources Division serves the recruitment and training needs of approximately three hundred Agency programs that employ more than six thousand employees.

 

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Services

ERP Information Services, operating under the Human Resources Division umbrella, supports departmental customers' needs by providing:

  • customized and "canned" queries and reports
  • group and individual training
  • troubleshooting for systems issues
  • HHSA representation at county-wide meetings

This support allows agency-wide staff to perform their daily business functions more efficiently and allows the ERP Information Systems team to direct more resources to enhancing the strategic initiatives of the Health and Human Services Agency. These functions include:

  • Peoplesoft

  • Time, Labor Distribution System (TLDS)
  • Legacy
  • Payroll
  • Computer Services Requests
  • Management Reports
  • Position Control
