Is San Diego County living well? Here's how we will track our progress.
What Are the Live Well San Diego Indicators?
The Live Well San Diego Indicators are part of a framework of ten (10) Indicators that span five (5) Areas of Influence (Health, Knowledge, Standard of Living, Community, and Social) that track progress toward one (1) vision of a healthy, safe and thriving county. The Live Well San Diego Indicators have been carefully selected with input gathered from community representatives.
With this new framework we can track whether or not our collective efforts under Live Well San Diego are truly making a difference, as reflected in changes in one or more Indicators. Live Well San Diego is an ambitious long-term plan that involves everyone--not just County government--working together. This includes cities, schools, businesses, the military, and faith- and community-based organizations, as well as residents taking action to improve our own lives.
