All data reported here is point-in-time and is used for operational purposes. Data is updated on a monthly basis. Low Income Health Program and County Medical Services data is provided by AmeriChoice from the IDX system and CalWORKs, CalFresh/SNAP, and Medi-Cal data is from the CalWIN system. The State website has reconciled data for CalWORKs, CalFresh/SNAP, and Medi-Cal.
