The Workforce Information Network (WIN) Division is dedicated to providing expert guidance to the users of the County's Human Resources Information Management System (HRIMS). WIN Unit responsibilities include:
 | Implementing and administering the County's HRIMS, to include |
| | monitoring and maintaining data integrity; |
| | |
| Serving as the liaison between the County's technical support services |
| | and users to resolve system issues; |
| | |
| Providing daily support, guidance and required training to the County’s |
| | transaction users; |
| | |
| Generating and presenting reports to management used for decision |
| | making in the areas of Job, Payroll, Benefits, Positions, Salary, Labor |
| | Relations and Risk Management records; |
| | |
| Maintaining system setup table information, security profiles, and |
| | workflow administration; |
| | |
| Maintaining countywide position data; and |
| | |
| Coordinating and publishing changes to the County's |
| | Compensation Ordinance, which authorizes the salaries and benefits |
| | for all employees. |
