The latest versions of WordPerfect can also open Word documents and even save documents in Word format. To download a Word document from this page for use with WordPerfect, right click on it with your mouse and then select "Save Target As" from the pop up menu and save the file to your local drive. Then use WordPerfect to open the Word file.

The OAC billing forms are in the latest Adobe PDF format and can be filled in on a computer, saved with data, and printed. They also have pop-up calendars and pull-down lists to speed data entry, and they automatically total the money column for you too!
Attorney Billing Form 3 - Criminal Combined and Attorney Billing Form 7 - Juvenile Delinquency Combined were optional forms OAC has discontinued and no longer accepts. Please discard any old copies you may have of these discontinued forms.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All billing forms must be printed and submitted as HAND-SIGNED ORIGINAL documents. Please do NOT send FAXed or e-mailed duplicates of billings as this may delay processing and payment.
